The ACI/GP is a two-wire, 4-20mA gauge pressure transmitter. These units have been designed to provide excellent accuracy and reliability in typical industrial grade environments. Some of the applications include: Process Control, Pumps and Compressors, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Environmental Control Systems, and Level/Depth Instrumentation.
The pressure is sensed by a ceramic capacitive sensing element that contains a custom hybrid circuit signal conditioner, which provides temperature compensation for a stable output. The ACI/GP pressure transmitter offers combined repeatability and hysteresis factors that are typically below +/- 0.05% of full scale. Two different seals are available in order to match the input media with the most appropriate seal material. The pressure port is a 1/4" NPT Male fitting made of 316 Stainless Steel. Each unit is approximately 3.07 inches long and weighs approximately 3.3 ounces.
The ACI/GP pressure transducers are compatible with a wide range of gases and liquids. They are available in ranges from 0 to 50 psi, to 0 to 500 psi. All units are accurate to +/- 0.45% of full scale (includes non-linearty, hysteresis, and repeatability). The ACI/GP pressure transducers are both RFI and Reverse Polarity Protected. Some other ranges may be available upon customer request. All units come with a two year warranty.
