The ACI/TT100-HT and ACI/TT1000-HT Series temperature transmitters incorporate a Class B thin film platinum RTD sensor which conforms to DIN-IEC-751 platinum RTD standards.
ACI produces two temperature transmitters, the ACI/TT100-HT for use with a 100 ohm RTD input and the ACI/TT1000-HT for use with a 1000 ohm RTD input. The transmitters produce a linear 4-20 mA output carried on a two wire system. Optional voltage ranges of 1 to 5 or 2 to 10 VDC can also be ordered. The input voltage to the transmitter may vary from 7-35 VDC. The transmitter is supplied factory calibrated and is protected from EMI and RF interference when using a 4-20 mA output. The transmitters output current can be limited upon request.
One of the most important features of the ACI/TT100-HT and ACI/TT1000-HT temperature transmitters is that they are air encapsulated. This allows the sensor to have a more stable output since the sensing element isn't subjected to the constant expansion and contraction of the encapsulation materials. The sensors are mounted in a 1/4" diameter stainless steel probe and come with standard 24" Nickel Plated Fiberglas leads except for the remote probes which come with 10' leads.
